Ms. Pascaline Nzilu is a dedicated and results-driven academic administrator with a strong technical background and a passion for quality education. She serves as the Registrar – Academic Affairs at Mwala Technical and Vocational College, where she plays a key role in managing academic processes, student records, admissions, examinations, and certification.
With a solid foundation in electrical engineering and technical education, Ms. Nzilu brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge to the institution. She is committed to promoting excellence in technical and vocational training and ensuring compliance with national education standards.

THE COLLEGE
The college is a government accredited TVET institutution which is registered with the universities and college central placement services (KUCCPS) for placement of tranees in different courses. The college offers KNEC, CDACC & NITA courses across five departments.
ADMISSIONS
Mwala TVC affirms its commitment to equal opportunity in admissions and examination for all qualified individuals. The college admits trainees yearly in January, May and September intakes under the following levels;
i) LEVEL 4 (Artisan) Courses: The entry requirement is a K.C.S.E mean grade E. On qualifying at this level, trainee may proceed to Level 5.
ii) LEVEL 5 (Certificate) Courses: Minimum entry requirement is a K.C.S.E mean grade D (Plain) or Level 4 certificate. On completion of this level, trainees may proceed to Level 6.
iii) LEVEL 6 (Diploma) Courses: Entry requirement at this level is a K. C. S. E mean grade C- (Minus)
Examination bodies include;
Trainees admitted in the institutions can be assisted to apply for education funding to assist them in the payment tuition and examination fees through;
September 2025 intake is now open for all our courses.
